- Please come join us as we walk through teachings from Youngey Mingyur Rinpoche as well as teachings from Pema Chödrön, Thich Nhat Hanh and many more. Working with practices on Calm abiding, love kindness and compassion and wisdom. Introduction to foundational/essential teachings on Awareness & Mindfulness and continuing to go in depth through our own experience with our practice. And always complemented with the ancient sounds of himalayan singing bowls.

I am not linking this site as a place to buy bowls (but I'm not saying don't ,they have some beautiful old bowls) since I have never purchased a bowl from them, but there is so much incredible general information on bowls on this site I have to list it.
