Christian Villacres L.Ac., MSTOM, Dipl. OM.
I am a healer, a teacher and a guide. My fields of practice are holistic health, natural medicine, health coaching and personal development. I maintain a clinical practice, lead immersive retreats and facilitate one-on-one and group transformation workshops.
My clinical practice focuses on using natural methods to treat all types of physical pain, metabolic disorders, hormonal imbalances, and mental emotional concerns. I use acupuncture, structural bodywork, dietary therapy, herbal medicine and biohacking practices to encourage your body and mind to relieve symptoms, change patterns and reframe core experiences.
My personal development and coaching practices employ mind body integration to address conscious and unconscious patterns that are being called to change. I use a blend of traditional old world practices including meditation, breathwork, martial arts and shamanism to explore the Self and engage in deep personal and ancestral healing. I embrace a modern approach to the mind body connection. I harness the power awareness and neuroplasticity to cultivate productive emotions, perspectives, and habits to decondition default patterns and develop mindfulness, internal gravity, compassion, resilience and self reliance.
Ultimately, my passion in life is helping people create health and find their own deepest connection to self, source and the world around them.
"Fut Sao Wing Chun is one of the oldest Shaolin martial arts and considered one of the most adaptable. Its adaptability is derived from an approach that is principle-based and not technique oriented. Many styles of martial arts favor certain body types over others. What makes Fut Sao Wing Chun unique is that it contains the high concepts and principles of both the soft and hard styles of Chinese martial arts. Therefore it can be customized to fit each individual person and allows each person to address their own strengths and weaknesses as they learn."
